Today while daddy went fly fishing, we killed some time doing a little project. With it being spring, and the boys loving dirt, I thought planting some flowers would be fun for them. I got these little kits at Toys "R" Us yesterday. Of course the digging around in the dirt with the fork was the best part.. After taking the picture above, I went over and helped Cooper put his seeds in the pot, with in seconds Miles was forking dirt all over the floor, laughing and saying "uh oh mommy!" Worked out well though, because cleaning up at these ages is just as fun as planting the seeds!
We put them in the window and soon after dad showed up! We all headed out and went hunting around for plants and boards to make our garden tomorrow. Of course we forgot to unload the back of my truck, so we had no room for anything...but we have a plan, and are executing tomorrow! Hopefully.. lol
FF(fun facts) Miles is talking like crazy! He is saying 5-7 word sentences sometimes! Probably because brother is such a chatter box too :) He is also asking to use the potty every day. Not going in the potty yet, but baby steps! XO
